Non-Credit to College Credit
at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ has entered into cooperative agreements with various non-credit granting organizations to equate learning experiences to at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ coursework. Students who have completed these programs and met the criteria of the agreement are guaranteed transfer credit.
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and/or Firefighter II Emergency Medical Services (EMS) (in partnership with Polaris Career Center). Students who successfully complete one or both of these programs through Polaris Career Center and who meet the MOU criteria may receive additional college credit beyond approved CTAGs (see agreement for transfer credit totals).

Students who successfully complete one or both of these Workforce Innovation programs through their high school or a career center and who meet the MOU criteria may receive additional college credit beyond approved CTAGs (see agreement for transfer credit totals).
Fiber Optic Tech (in partnership with Cuyahoga Valley Career Center). Students who successfully complete the Fiber Optic Technician (FOT) Program at Cuyahoga Valley Career Center earning the Certified Fiber Optic Technician Certification (CFOT), and who meet the MOU criteria may receive college credit to be used toward Short-Term Construction Operations Certificate requirements, Associate of Applied Science, Utilities Technologies degree requirements or toward any other degree at the college (see agreement for transfer credit totals).
Paramedic Certification (in partnership with University Hospitals). Students who successfully complete the Univeristy Hospital Paramedic Training Program, hold the Ohio Paramedic Certificate and who meet the MOU criteria may receive additional college credit beyond approved ITAGs (see agreement for transfer credit totals).
Patient Access Specialist Students who successfully complete the Patient Access Specialist Fast Track Training program and pass industry certification can receive college credits at no additional cost. See below brochure for details.
Radiologic Technology (in partnership with Cleveland Clinic School of Diagnostic Imaging and other hospital-based schools of radiologic technology, as noted in the two options below). Radiologic technologists who have earned a certificate through a hospital-based school of radiologic technology and are seeking to earn an associate degree should contact the Radiography Program Manager at (216) 987-5264. Multiple options exist, including:
- Associate of Applied Science in Radiography - Cleveland Clinic School of Diagnostic Imaging - graduates from 2010 onward
- Associate of Technical Studies Degree in Radiology Department Management - graduates of hospital-based schools of radiologic technology
Real Estate (in partnership with at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ's Corporate College). Completion of the Ohio Salesperson Pre-Licensure Real Estate Online Program can receive college credit to be used toward an Associate of Technical Studies (ATS) or any other associate degree offered. Credit for Certifications/Licensures
at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ grants credit for specific certificates and licensures through By-Pass Credit and through Industry-Recognized Transfer Assurance Guides (ITAGS).
