Handshake for Employers
Post Jobs and Internships on Handshake
is our online job board and hosts postings for internships, co-ops, student employment and permanent positions. Please follow our Employer Guidelines.
Instructions for Registering
- Complete the registration form and click "Create Account." You will be asked to enter your recruiting interests and alma mater and agree to the Employer Guidelines, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Verify: Handshake will send you a verification email. Verify your account by clicking "Confirm Email" upon receiving it.
- Connect With Your Company: After confirming your email, if your company already exists, you will be prompted to connect with your organization. You can also use a search bar to find your company or click the "Create New Company" button.
- Connect With at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ: Use the search bar to find Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ and click the "+" to connect with us.
- Confirmation: Your connection will be reviewed by at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Career Center staff. Once reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that you are now connected with at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ.
Instructions for Posting a Job
Now that you are connected with at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ on Handshake, you can post your job!
- Post a Job: Log in to and click "Post a Job" on your home dashboard. You will be asked to provide information such as "Job Basics," "Job Details" and "Job Preferences."
- School Selection: On the left side of the screen, you can add schools. Click the "+" next to "Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ" to add at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ.
- Create: Choose "Create" on the bottom navigation to create and review your job. After entering your job details, you can preview your job posting as students will see it.
- Confirmation: Your job posting will be reviewed by at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Career Center staff within 24 hours. Once reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the position has been posted and is available to at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ students and alumni.
